Terms of servicePayment
Via Paypal, Ko-fi, banktransfer (for finns) or mobilepay (for friends and mutuals), and in EUR (€).
I can do the sketch before payment or you can pay before I start. For bigger commissions payment plans can be discussed.Refunds
You can cancel the commission at the sketch state and get a full refund, but after that I do full refunds only if I can't finish the commission. If you cancel the commission, I may use the sketch for other stuff however I feel like and you don't have the rights to use it.
Partial refunds can be discussed, life happens and I understand that!Progress images and changes
I will send you progress images at every state of the commission, but feel free to ask for updates anytime.
You can and should ask for changes especially at the sketch state. I can't do major changes after I have finished the lineart.Wait time and deadlines
I usually finish commissions in a week or two, but depending on the complexity and my queue it might take longer. I will inform you if the commission is taking much longer to complete.
Please inform me before commissioning if you have a deadline. I will let you know if I can make it or not.Artistic freedom
You can give me as much artistic freedom as you'd like.
I can work with a written description of a character but I prefer reference images. Keep in mind that with only a written description the character may not look exactly like how you imagined - even a messy reference is better than a written description!Crediting
Please credit me for my art and designs. You may upload and share the art I've made for you anywhere you wish.
Do not claim my artwork and designs as yours.Other
I retain the right to refuse and/or refund any commission for any reason. I do this only if I feel uncomfortable or like I don't have the skills to create what you are asking for.I reserve the right to use all commissions I make in a portfolio and/or upload it to my socials (I will credit you for the characters, ideas, etc).You can't use my art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI generated slop, etc.Unless discussed with me and approved beforehand, I ask that you do not sell my art for income like T-shirt designs, prints, etc. You may use it for personal use only.
Design T.O.S
If you buy a design/adopt from me, you own the design fully and may do whatever you want with it. The only thing I ask for is credit for the original design even if you change it a lot.
If I see you make illegal or uncomfortable content of my designs, I obviously can't do anything about it, but I will not sell you my designs in the future.
